1.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account on vb811, you must be at least 21 years old. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement. If it is later proven that you provided false information, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Person, One Account

Each member may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, vb811 must be notified in advance.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email — must be completely truthful and accurate. vb811 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. vb811 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process if documents are not submitted.

• A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on vb811 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh). Deposits are processed to your account as quickly as possible; the relevant payment provider is responsible for any delays.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be complete and applicable wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on vb811 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, a conversion rate will apply and the member is responsible for that.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

3.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• vb811 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

The vb811 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vb811. If any prohibited activity is identified, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited:

• Fraudulent activity, hacking, game manipulation using software, or use of bots.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abuse of the bonus system, such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

5.1 Account Closure Process

Apart from prohibited activities, a member may also request to close their own account. Upon receiving the request, we will verify and then deactivate the account. The remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn.
